Bluestone began teaching at Newport Harbor High School. Former work experiences
include washing dishes in a Chinese restaurant in Indiana and detassling
corn
in junior high. Bluestone got into teaching for the pay and decided to come
to Drake for the architecture. He now teaches Economics, Government, and
U.S. History for SEA-DISC.

BA in Political Science- Rutgers University
MA in Counseling- Trenton State College
Teaching Credential- UC Irvine
He's well-educated having taken both Evelyn Wood speed reading in college
and LSAT prep after undergrad.
Hobbies
Bluestone loves to collect yo-yo's as well as "those
floating pens that have a little thing that moves back and forth when you
tilt it."
Thinking about starting a
salt & pepper shaker collection sometime soon.
Stuff
Family- One Daughter (Amelie), One Son (Noah)
When Bluestone was young, his father was bitten by a dog twice. His family
has cats now.
